Bedecken Sie ihn mit 200 ml Wasser und bringen Sie ihn zum Kochen. Stellen Sie dann die Hitze auf ein Minimum, decken Sie den Topf ab und lassen Sie ihn kochen, bis das Wasser verdampft ist.  <\/li>\n<li>Reiben Sie in der Zwischenzeit die Karotten und die Zwiebel in eine Sch\u00fcssel. Braten Sie die Beignets 3 oder 4 Minuten lang, bis sie rundherum goldbraun werden, und wenden Sie sie dann.
