Si lo deseas, a\u00f1ade una pizca de pimiento rojo para calentar. <\/li>\n<li>Reduce el fuego a medio-bajo y cuece a fuego lento las jud\u00edas parcialmente tapadas durante 30-45 minutos, eliminando la espuma que sube mientras se cuecen.<\/li>\n<li>Retira la hoja de laurel, los dientes de ajo y la mitad de la cebolla. Sazona las jud\u00edas generosamente con sal al gusto. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>&#8211; Pimientos rellenos de jud\u00edas pintas y arroz:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Prepara el arroz con antelaci\u00f3n siguiendo las instrucciones del paquete, o utiliza arroz vaporizado.<\/li>\n<li>Precalienta el horno a 180 grados.<\/li>\n<li>En un bol, combina el arroz integral cocido, las jud\u00edas pintas, la salsa y el ma\u00edz.<\/li>\n<li>Corta con cuidado los pimientos por la mitad y desecha las semillas. Rellena los pimientos con la mezcla de arroz y jud\u00edas. <\/li>\n<li>Coloca los pimientos en una fuente de horno aceitada y horn\u00e9alos 20 minutos, tapados con papel de aluminio.<\/li>\n<li>Retira el papel de aluminio y hornea 10 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00edrvelo con tus ingredientes favoritos.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div
