sal<\/li>\n<li>Para el romesco:<\/li>\n<li>40 g de almendras tostadas<\/li>\n<li>10 g de ajo<\/li>\n<li>20 g de pasta de \u00f1ora<\/li>\n<li>80 g de tomates maduros<\/li>\n<li>30 ml de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>10 ml de vinagre<\/li>\n<li>20 g de pan tostado<\/li>\n<li>4 g de sal<\/li>\n<li>1 g de pimienta negra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Para la ensalada:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 berenjena<\/li>\n<li>1 pimiento rojo<\/li>\n<li>40 g de almendra tostada<\/li>\n<li>30 g de aceitunas negras<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<h4>&#8211; Para las legumbres:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Deja las jud\u00edas en remojo durante 12 horas en 1 litro de agua y 1 g de bicarbonato.<\/li>\n<li>Pasado el tiempo, escurre y lava bien.<\/li>\n<li>Cocer en agua fr\u00eda sin sal, tapado y quitando la espuma, durante 1: 30h.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1ade la sal los \u00faltimos 10 minutos de cocci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Para el romesco:<\/li>\n<li>Hornea el tomate maduro, el ajo (junto con la berenjena y el pimiento asado) a 180\u00baC durante 20-30 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Tritura los tomates, con el ajo, la pasta de pimiento, el aceite, el vinagre, las almendras y el pan hasta que todo est\u00e9 bien homogeneizado.<\/li>\n<li>Afina el punto de sal y pimienta.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Para la ensalada:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Pela la berenjena y el pimiento asados y qu\u00edtales las semillas.<\/li>\n<li>Mezcla las jud\u00edas con la salsa romesco.<\/li>\n<li>Sirve la ensalada con unas aceitunas, almendras tostadas y Koppert Cress de Borage
