Si vous n&rsquo;utilisez pas de moule \u00e0 muffins antiadh\u00e9sif, graissez-le l\u00e9g\u00e8rement avec de l&rsquo;huile. <\/li>\n<li>Dans un grand saladier, m\u00e9langez la farine de pois chiches, la levure nutritionnelle facultative, la levure chimique, le sel, l&rsquo;ail en poudre et le basilic. Ajoutez l&rsquo;eau en fouettant (la p\u00e2te sera liquide, mais c&rsquo;est normal). Ajoutez le ma\u00efs, le poivron, l&rsquo;oignon et les l\u00e9gumes verts, et m\u00e9langez.  <\/li>\n<li>\u00c0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une tasse \u00e0 mesurer ou d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re, versez la p\u00e2te dans le moule \u00e0 muffins, en remplissant les 12 trous. Recouvrir d&rsquo;une pinc\u00e9e d&rsquo;herbes fra\u00eeches. <\/li>\n<li>Mettez-les au four, sur la grille centrale, et faites-les cuire pendant 40 minutes (peut-\u00eatre plus, vous devrez v\u00e9rifier). Faites le test du cure-dent, en le plantant au centre d&rsquo;un muffin, s&rsquo;il est propre, les frittatas sont pr\u00eates. <\/li>\n<li>Retirez du four, d\u00e9moulez les frittatas et placez-les sur une grille pour les laisser refroidir.
