Si vous le souhaitez, ajoutez une pinc\u00e9e de poivron rouge pour r\u00e9chauffer. <\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9duisez le feu \u00e0 moyen-doux et laissez mijoter les haricots partiellement couverts pendant 30 \u00e0 45 minutes, en \u00e9liminant la mousse qui monte \u00e0 mesure qu&rsquo;ils cuisent.<\/li>\n<li>Retirez la feuille de laurier, les gousses d&rsquo;ail et la moiti\u00e9 de l&rsquo;oignon. Assaisonnez g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement les haricots avec du sel selon votre go\u00fbt. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>&#8211; Poivrons farcis de haricots pinto et de riz :<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Pr\u00e9parez le riz selon les instructions de l&#8217;emballage \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance, ou utilisez du riz \u00e9tuv\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180 degr\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langez le riz brun cuit, les haricots pinto, la salsa et le ma\u00efs.<\/li>\n<li>Coupez soigneusement les poivrons en deux et jetez les graines. Remplissez les poivrons avec le m\u00e9lange de riz et de haricots. <\/li>\n<li>Placez les poivrons dans un plat de cuisson huil\u00e9 et faites-les cuire au four pendant 20 minutes, en les recouvrant d&rsquo;une feuille d&rsquo;aluminium.<\/li>\n<li>Retirez le papier d&rsquo;aluminium et faites cuire 10 minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/li>\n<li>Servez avec vos garnitures
