Retirez le p\u00e9doncule du poivron et jetez les graines.  <\/li>\n<li>Coupez les carottes et le poivron en d\u00e9s. \u00c9pluchez et r\u00e2pez la racine de gingembre. <\/li>\n<li>Faites chauffer l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et faites cuire doucement l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote pendant deux minutes avec deux pinc\u00e9es de sel et le cumin. Ajoutez les carottes et le poivre et faites cuire doucement pendant cinq minutes. <\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez le gingembre et la tomate et faites cuire pendant dix minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez la p\u00e2te de curry et les lentilles. Remuez et laissez cuire pendant cinq minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires. Retirez du feu et laissez refroidir compl\u00e8tement, id\u00e9alement pendant une nuit.  <\/li>\n<li>Badigeonnez deux feuilles de p\u00e2te avec du beurre fondu et coupez-les en bandes de 4 \u00e0 4,5 cm de large. D\u00e9posez une cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de garniture dans le coin inf\u00e9rieur droit de la bande et pliez la p\u00e2te vers le coin gauche pour former un petit triangle. Pliez la p\u00e2te en triangles jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la fin de la bande.
