Ajoutez le brocoli coup\u00e9 en morceaux d&rsquo;environ deux centim\u00e8tres, le riz et les pois chiches. Continuez \u00e0 faire revenir pendant environ deux minutes, afin que tout soit impr\u00e9gn\u00e9 des \u00e9pices. Versez le bouillon ou l&rsquo;eau bouillante, ajoutez le sel. Couvrez et laissez mijoter pendant environ 15 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le riz soit presque cuit.
