Faites cuire le quinoa \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau froide (180g) et \u00e0 couvert pendant 12 minutes. Laissez refroidir  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Boulettes de viande au quinoa avec des haricots blancs :<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>P\u00e9trir les haricots avec le quinoa et le sel, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne et ferme.
