Egouttez-les et lavez-les bien. <\/li>\n<li>Hachez un oignon en brunoise. Lavez et coupez la moiti\u00e9 des champignons en d\u00e9s. <\/li>\n<li>Dans une casserole, faites chauffer 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile, faites revenir l&rsquo;oignon puis ajoutez les champignons. Continuez \u00e0 faire revenir, ajoutez le thym. Retirez les haricots de l&rsquo;eau de trempage et ajoutez-les dans la casserole. Ajoutez le curry, le sel et le poivre, puis l&rsquo;eau pour couvrir. Laissez mijoter pendant au moins deux heures ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les haricots aient ramolli.    <\/li>\n<li>Dans une po\u00eale, faites chauffer le reste de l&rsquo;huile, faites revenir l&rsquo;autre oignon coup\u00e9 en brunoise jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il devienne transparent, puis ajoutez le reste des champignons coup\u00e9s en d\u00e9s et faites cuire pendant trois minutes.
