Si vous le souhaitez, ajoutez une pinc\u00e9e de flocons de piment rouge pour r\u00e9chauffer. <\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9duisez le feu \u00e0 moyen-doux et laissez mijoter les pois chiches, partiellement couverts, pendant 30 \u00e0 45 minutes, en \u00e9liminant la mousse qui se forme pendant la cuisson.<\/li>\n<li>Retirez la feuille de laurier et les gousses d&rsquo;ail.
