Quando sar\u00e0 abbastanza caldo, aggiungi i semi di senape. <\/li>\n<li>Aspetta che inizino a scoppiettare e poi aggiungi le foglie di curry e i semi di cumino e mescola.<\/li>\n<li>Scola il composto di quinoa e lenticchie e aggiungilo alla padella. Mescola bene a fuoco medio e se necessario aggiungi un cucchiaino di ghee. <\/li>\n<li>Aggiungi lo zenzero, la curcuma e il coriandolo in polvere e mescola bene per combinare il tutto.<\/li>\n<li>Condisci con il sale.<\/li>\n<li>Aggiungi 2,5 tazze di acqua appena bollita, mescola bene e porta a ebollizione. Abbassa la fiamma e fai sobbollire per 20-25 minuti, fino a quando la quinoa e il dal saranno cotti e la maggior parte dell&#8217;acqua sar\u00e0 stata assorbita. Se si asciuga troppo presto, aggiungi altra acqua calda.
