Mettile da parte. <\/li>\n<li>In una pentola, cuoci le lenticchie da fredde per 30-40 minuti a fuoco basso e coperte. Durante la cottura, sgonfiale (rimuovi la schiuma che appare in superficie). Raffredda e conserva.  <\/li>\n<li>Cuoci il riso in acqua o brodo bollente per 20 minuti. Raffredda e conserva. <\/li>\n<li>Sbuccia e taglia la cipolla, la carota e la zucchina a cubetti. Metti da parte. <\/li>\n<li>Scalda un po&#8217; d&#8217;olio in una padella e fai rosolare la cipolla. Condiscila. <\/li>\n<li>Aggiungi la carota e cuoci per un paio di minuti.<\/li>\n<li>Aggiungi le zucchine e cuoci per altri due minuti a fuoco medio.<\/li>\n<li>Aggiungi la salsa di pomodoro e mescola. Fai cuocere il tutto per 5 minuti a fuoco basso. Se la salsa \u00e8 troppo densa, puoi aggiungere un po&#8217; d&#8217;acqua o di brodo. Mescola e fai cuocere ancora un paio di minuti.   <\/li>\n<li>Condisci con sale e pepe a piacere. Aggiungi le spezie a piacere (in questo caso l&#8217;origano secco). <\/li>\n<li>Per preparare le polpette, impasta le lenticchie con il riso fino a ottenere un impasto liscio e compatto.
