Falle bollire in acqua salata per 3 minuti. Mettile da parte per farle raffreddare.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Per la besciamella di ceci:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>In una casseruola, fai sciogliere il burro, poi aggiungi la farina di ceci fino a ottenere una consistenza simile a un impasto. Fai cuocere 2-3 minuti, poi aggiungi il latte di riso a poco a poco. Riduci fino a ottenere una consistenza omogenea e liscia. Aggiungi la noce moscata e insaporisci con sale e pepe.   <\/li>\n<li>Per la salsa alle erbe &#8220;picada&#8221;:<\/li>\n<li>Schiaccia le mandorle con il prezzemolo e aggiungi lentamente l&#8217;olio d&#8217;oliva e il sale. Metti da parte. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Per il gratin:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Metti il cavolfiore in una teglia da forno, coprilo con la besciamella di ceci e griglialo a 180\u00baC per 10 minuti.
