Copri e lascia riposare per qualche minuto finch\u00e9 l&#8217;acqua non viene assorbita. Quindi mescola con una forchetta per separare i grani.  <\/li>\n<li>Lava la zucchina, il peperone, la cipolla e il pomodoro e tagliali a dadini molto sottili.<\/li>\n<li>Scalda un filo d&#8217;olio in una padella e fai saltare le verdure con un pizzico di sale e pepe finch\u00e9 non saranno al dente.<\/li>\n<li>Mescola le verdure saltate con il couscous, il prezzemolo tritato, la scorza e il succo di limone, le spezie, le lenticchie pardina e il pollo sminuzzato. Condisci con olio d&#8217;oliva e sale. <\/li>\n<li>Riscalda le pita, aprile e riempile con il composto.
