Salare e pepare. Portare a cottura con l\u2019aggiunta di acqua per circa 20 minuti, fino a quando la lenticchia si disfa.<\/li>\n<li>Ottenere cos\u00ec un pur\u00e9 asciutto ed aggiungere il parmigiano grattato e la panna liquida per amalgamare il tutto.<\/li>\n<li>Stendere l\u2019impasto cos\u00ec ottenuto con un matterello in modo da ottenere dei dischi dallo spessore di 1 cm circa. Impanarli passandoli nella farina, nell\u2019uovo sbattuto con aggiunta di parmigiano, sale, pepe, ed infine nel pangrattato.
