Rimuovere i semi e le parti bianche del peperone rosso e tagliarlo insieme al pomodoro. Macinare tutti gli ingredienti fino ad ottenere una consistenza densa e omogenea. Condire con sale e pepe. Accantonare.<\/li><\/ol><h4>Impiattamento:<\/h4><ol><li>Lavare e tagliare a brunoise (dado di 0,5 cm) le carote e le zucchine. Servire il gazpacho e versare le carota, le zucchine e i fagioli bianchi.
