Cobre e deixa repousar durante 30 minutos. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Aquece uma frigideira grande (12 polegadas) de ferro fundido ou de metal, pr\u00f3pria para ir ao forno, em lume brando ou m\u00e9dio (se utilizares uma frigideira mais pequena, isto far\u00e1 duas pizzas pequenas em vez de uma grande).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Se utilizares uma frigideira antiaderente ou uma frigideira de ferro fundido temperada, n\u00e3o deves precisar de mais \u00f3leo.
