LENTIL BOLOGNESE
Ingredients:
LENTIL BOLOGNESE
- 400 gr cooked lentils
- 1 can of unsalted crushed tomato
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- olive oil
- fresh basil
- ground pepper
- Start by frying the finely chopped onion, when it is golden brown add the diced or sliced carrots and cook until tender.
- Then add the crushed tomato and a couple of sprigs of fresh basil, cook gently for 20 minutes. Drain the lentils well, wash them until no foam comes out and add them. Stir and cook for 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, you can cook your favorite pasta. All you have to do is mix it and enjoy!
