Crispy chickpea with dark chocolate

Ingredients:

Crispy chickpea with dark chocolate

  • 250 ml of dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 354 ml canned chickpeas without salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with greaseproof paper and drizzle or lightly grease.
  3. Add chickpeas to pan and drizzle with coconut oil or preferred.
  4. Put the chickpeas in the oven for 25 minutes or until crisp; Leave to cool in the tray.
  5. In a microwave safe bowl, add dark chocolate chips and coconut oil.
  6. Microwave for 30 seconds and microwave again (repeat until melted).
  7. In a large bowl, combine the roasted chickpeas and dark chocolate, then pour onto a baking sheet and add to the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
