Almond Donuts

Ingredients:

Almond Donuts

  • 2 large eggs
  • 120 g cooked lentils (washed and drained)
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 80 g date paste
  • Vanilla to taste
  • 40 g almond flour
  • 15 g cocoa powder
  • 4 g baking powder
  1. Grind all the ingredients. Spread in the doughnut mold and bake at 180° 18 minutes.
  2. Let cool and decorate with melted dark chocolate mixed with almond pieces.
