Black lentil falafel
Ingredients:
Black lentil falafel
- 2 1/3 cups black lentils (cooked and cooled)
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 tablespoon of coconut flour
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil (or your favorite oil)
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees and a baking sheet.
- Combine all the ingredients in the food processor and mix until well combined, you will want to get chunks of lentils but not too many!
- Using a coffee cup or spoon, form small patties and add to the baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
