Ingredients:
THREE-INGREDIENT PIZZA MADE IN A SKILLET
- 70 g chickpea flour (crushed raw chickpeas.)
- 1 large egg
- 15 g extra virgin olive oil
- 40 ml water
- A pinch of salt
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Lightly grease a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
- Add the pizza mixture, spread it well all over the pan and add your favorite toppings.
- Cover and let cook for approximately 10 minutes.
