Wrap with white bean hummus

Ingredients:

Wrap with White Bean Hummus

  • 200 g cooked white beans
  • 1/4 cup Tahini Pasta
  • 1 to 2 s. lemon zest
  • 3 to 4 s. lemon juice soup
  • Salt (q.s.)
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Olive oil (q.s.)
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 dozen cherry tomatoes
  • 1 hand full of spinach leaves
  • 4 to 5 wraps with seeds
  • Fresh coriander (q.s.)
  1. Place the white beans, tahini paste, zest and lemon juice, coarsely rolled garlic cloves and a drizzle of olive oil in a food processor and mash until smooth. If necessary, add water to make the humus even creamier.
  2. Peel and cut the avocado into slices. Cut tomatoes into halves. Drizzle with lemon juice.
  3. Smear the surface of each wrap with white bean humus.
  4. Then add the avocado and sliced ​​tomato and arrange a few spinach leaves per wrap. 5.Roll the wraps, garnish with fresh coriander and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
