  • 400 g cooked chickpeas
  • 150 g peeled chestnuts
  • 1 medium onion (diced)
  • 150 g diced green pepper
  • 100 sliced ​​chorizo
  • 1 l vegetable broth
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • ground cumin
  1. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil, sauté the onion until transparent, add the pepper and continue sautéing for two more minutes, add the chorizo, and sauté for a minute.
  2. Add the vegetable broth, season with salt, pepper and a teaspoon of ground cumin. Bring to a boil, add the chickpeas and chestnuts.
  3. Boil over low heat for about 20 minutes and serve.
