Ingredients:

Black hummus

  • 1 cup of black beans.
  • 6 tablespoons black tahini
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • ¼ freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
  • 1 teaspoon salt.
  • ¼ teaspoon of cumin.
  • ¼ cup of water.
  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a mixer and serve in a bowl.
