Cooked chickpea pancakes
Ingredients:
Cooked chickpea pancakes
- 130 g cooked chickpeas (washed and drained.)
- 3 large eggs
- Salt to taste
- 150 ml milk
- 25 g whole wheat flour
- Mash all the ingredients.
- Lightly grease a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
- Pour a little of the mixture and move the pan so that it spreads well on all sides.
- You’ll know it’s ready to flip when it comes away from the edges easily. Turn them over and cook for another minute.
- Cover with a cloth to keep them pliable and fresh for several days.
