Pasta with creamy chickpea sauce 

Ingredients:

Pasta with creamy chickpea sauce

  • Sauce:
  • 240 g of chickpeas
  • 1 large (boiled carrot)
  • 300 ml of vegetable drink
  • 1 +1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon sweet pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • To finish:
  • pasta
  • olive oil
  • parmesan (vegan)
  • chopped fresh herbs to taste
  1. Place all the sauce ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. In a pan put 1 tsp of olive oil and then pour the sauce into the pan and stir until it is very hot.
  3. When hot, add the cooked pasta and serve.
  4. Finish with parmesan and chopped fresh herbs.
