White Bean Hummus
Ingredients:
White Bean Hummus
- 400 g cooked white beans
- ¼ cup of tahini
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 5 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- salt
- In a food processor grind all ingredients until a smooth paste is formed.
- Keep in the fridge until serving time.
- To serve add a drizzle of olive oil, sesame seeds and basil leaves.
- Serve with bread/toast or vegetables to taste (cherry tomatoes, peppers, carrots, cucumbers…)
