White Bean Hummus 

Ingredients:

White Bean Hummus

  • 400 g cooked white beans
  • ¼ cup of tahini
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • salt
  1. In a food processor grind all ingredients until a smooth paste is formed.
  2. Keep in the fridge until serving time.
  3. To serve add a drizzle of olive oil, sesame seeds and basil leaves.
  4. Serve with bread/toast or vegetables to taste (cherry tomatoes, peppers, carrots, cucumbers…)
