Ingredients:

Pasta and black bean salad

  • pasta
  • black beans
  • mustard and honey
  • olive oil
  • Salt
  • olives
  • Red pepper
  • tomato
  • carrot
  • corn
  • cheese
  1. Soak the beans with baking soda for 12 hours
  2. Wash well with cold water
  3. In a saucepan, cook the black beans from cold water over medium low heat for 1h30
  4. Cut the other ingredients
  5. Cook the pasta in a pot with boiling water
  6. Cook for 10 min over medium heat
  7. The vinaigrette: mix mustard with honey and olive oil until emulsified
  8. In a bowl mix the pasta, olives, red pepper, tomato, carrot, corn and cheese
