Black bean truffles 

Ingredients:

Black bean truffles

  • 200 grams of black beans
  • 200 grams of date paste or pitted dates
  • 200 grams of peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
  • 40 grams of cocoa powder
  • q.s. cocoa powder and grated coconut to roll the truffles
  1. Place the dates in a food processor and grind.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and grind again until it forms a moldable paste (if necessary, you can add a little water).
  3. Rub your hands with a little fat (olive oil or coconut oil) and form balls.
  4. Coat the truffles in cocoa powder or grated coconut.
  5. Store in the cold in an airtight bo
