CHICKPEA SAUTÉ WITH MUSHROOMS
Ingredients:
CHICKPEA SAUTÉ WITH MUSHROOMS
- 400 g chickpeas
- 350 g mushrooms (various types)
- 200 g chopped onion
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp thyme
- Salt
- Pepp
- In a saucepan, heat the oil, add the onion and sauté until transparent. Add the mushrooms, the large diced ones and the halved cherry tomatoes. Sauté for about five minutes, add the chickpeas and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and simmer in its own juice for another five minutes.
- Serve hot.
