Ingredients:

Mezze Platter

  • 200 gr boiled chickpeas
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 tea spon cumin
  • 1 soup spoon tahini
  • 2 ss extra virgin olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Paprika
  • Water.
  1. Just mix it all together except water, you will add it in the end in order to obtain the texture you wish
