Pasta with mushrooms and cream of beans 

Ingredients:

Pasta with mushrooms and cream of beans

  • 100 gr cooked white beans
  • 100 gr pasta
  • 50 gr mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  1. We start by cleaning the mushrooms and cook them in a pan with oil until they are lightly toasted.
  2. Cook the pasta al dente (2-3 minutes less than indicated on the package) in salted water and remove 250 ml of the cooking water. Drain the pasta.
  3. In the glass of the blender, we mix the beans, the pasta water, the garlic and onion powder and the nutritional yeast. Blend until a sauce is obtained.
  4. In a saucepan, mix the sauce and the mushrooms, heat until it starts to boil, add the pasta, cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly, and enjoy!
