Protein-rich, flourless and gluten-free Ferrero Rocher cookies
Ingredients:
Protein-rich, flourless and gluten-free Ferrero Rocher cookies
- 200 g frozen peas
- 60 g of hazelnut cream
- 50 g of 70% chocolate
- 30 g chopped hazelnuts
- Optional vanilla
- Optional 10-20 g erythritol
- Steam the peas in the microwave at maximum power for about 7 minutes.
- Mash with the hazelnut cream. Add the melted chocolate and half of the chopped hazelnuts.
- Mix well and form into small balls. Flatten on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper and distribute the rest of the chopped hazelnuts.
- Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely before enjoying!
