Ingredients:
Quinoa meatballs with white beans
Quinoa:
- 180 g of quinoa
- 500 g of mineral water
Quinoa meatballs with white beans:
- 300 g of cooked white beans
- 360 g of cooked quinoa
- 4 g of salt
Quinoa:
- Soak the quinoa in water for 20 minutes Drain and wash. Cook the quinoa with cold water (180g) and cover for 12 minutes. Cool down
Quinoa meatballs with white beans:
- Knead the beans with the quinoa and salt, until it forms a homogeneous and firm paste Form the meatballs (30 gr).
Plating
- Bake in a tray with oven paper at 180ºC for 5 minutes Serve with sauce
