WHITE BEAN MEATBALLS
Ingredients:
WHITE BEAN MEATBALLS
- 250 grams of cooked white beans
- 1/2 cup wheat flour (or rice flour for the gluten-free version)
- 1 red onion
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of sweet pepper
- 1 bunch of coriander
- Salt to taste
- Sesame seeds (optional)
- In a food processor, place all the ingredients and grind until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Wet your hands and form small balls.
- Coat the meatballs in sesame seeds.
- Place the meatballs on a tray lined with parchment paper and place in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
If you prefer a version to be made with sauce like the traditional meatballs, do not pass them through sesame. Put them in the oven and then place them in tomato sauce to set for a few minutes.
