Dried Tomato Hummus
Ingredients:
Dried Tomato Hummus
- 200 g cooked chickpeas
- ½ cup dried tomatoes (10 units)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste (or 2 cloves of garlic)
- ½ lemon
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 dash of olive oil (+ if necessary)
- Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until a smooth paste is formed.
- Add more olive oil if necessary until desired consistency.
