Gluten-free, sugar-free and vegan cooked chickpea cookies

Ingredients:

Gluten-free, sugar-free and vegan cooked chickpea cookies

  • 250 g cooked chickpeas
  • 80 g almond butter
  • 100 g of soaked dates
  • Vanilla and/or cinnamon powder to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 100 g of almond flour
  1. Place all the ingredients except the chocolate in a processor and grind until you have a dense and manageable dough.
  2. Add the chopped chocolate and mix.
  3. Shape the cookies.
  4. Preheat the Airfryer at 190°C for 3 minutes. Cook the cookies for about 12 minutes, turning them carefully after 8-9 minutes so that they are golden brown on both sides. Let cool on a wire rack and enjoy!

They can also be baked in the oven at 190ºC for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
