Green olive hummus

Ingredients:

Green olive hummus

  • 300 gr of cooked chickpeas
  • 1 large tablespoon of tahini
  • 1 large garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
  • salt and EVOO
  • 10-12 split green olives
  1. In the blender, blend the chickpeas, minced garlic, tahini, lemon juice, the eaten, a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the pitted green olives.
  2. Blend everything well until it is a homogeneous paste.
  3. If it is too thick, we can add a little water until we get the texture we like.
  4. Serve on a plate, with some pitted olives on top and a drizzle of olive oil.
