Green olive hummus
Ingredients:
Green olive hummus
- 300 gr of cooked chickpeas
- 1 large tablespoon of tahini
- 1 large garlic
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
- salt and EVOO
- 10-12 split green olives
- In the blender, blend the chickpeas, minced garlic, tahini, lemon juice, the eaten, a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the pitted green olives.
- Blend everything well until it is a homogeneous paste.
- If it is too thick, we can add a little water until we get the texture we like.
- Serve on a plate, with some pitted olives on top and a drizzle of olive oil.
